This month’s topic: A newer invasive species in Michigan, Stiltgrass continues to spread across the state and has the potential to significantly degrade our forest habitats. This workshop will review Stiltgrass identification and management techniques, including updated recommendations for chemical control. The workshop will also provide an opportunity for land managers and conservation stewards to share insight and concerns with Stiltgrass. Attendees will also get an opportunity to explore Washtenaw County’s Botsford Preserve.
