Stewards’ Circle: Beyond Stewardship

May 14 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

This month’s topic: Beyond Stewardship

Seeds to community has been stitching together seasonal events the last few years, offering Hands on, interactive activities in seed collection, processing, planting, growing, and sharing. Teaming with other regional organizations, we all have been able to offer a pathway for people to grow as many native plants as they like. Our objective is to offer opportunities at a scale that are socially and ecologically relevant, thus to as many members of the public as are interested, no matter their resources or current knowledge. This meeting will describe the series and time to discuss other topics with collaborative-ready potential that could benefit from a similar approach, such as: Seedlings, Open Skies, Community, Planning, Design, and Edibles.

Host: Jonathan Parker

Location: Meet at the barn at Mari Lou Murray Rec Center, 2960 Washtenaw Ave, Ann Arbor. Parking access is from Platt Rd. Entrance through the east doors
