A Nature Society “Mushroom Walk” will take place on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at Cummingston Park beginning at 10:00 am. Mary Fredricks, a member and botanist/mycologist of the Royal Oak Nature Society, will lead the walks. Anyone with an interest in learning more about mushrooms and other fungi of the urban woods is welcome. Park & meet at Torquay & Leafdale.
