July 11 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Invasive species can reduce biodiversity, damage infrastructure, and hinder management activities. Learn more about what invasive species are, be able to identify commonly found invasive species, and some that are nearby. We will also cover basic management methods, equipment decontamination, and environmental considerations when using pesticides.

This talk is geared towards county and municipal staff, volunteers, and partners interested in learning more about the above topics. This event is free, and registration is required. Please email or phone Shikha Singh (email is preferred) at the listed contact information on the attached flyer. Attendees will be eligible for two RUP credits in category 2, 3B, 6 or commercial core. Registrants should include interest in receiving credits in their RSVP email.
